Conditions for using Quick Play and compatible Qaissar audio services.
Service scope and requirements
These terms apply to qaissar.com, Quick Play and related device services. Qaissar operates Quick Play and the associated Qaissar device services. Qaissar is also identified on this website as a Masar Technology brand. Quick Play requires compatible audio hardware and appropriate Bluetooth connectivity; online generation and downloads also depend on internet access, server availability and third-party services.
Authorized device use
Operate only devices and locations you are authorized to control. You are responsible for schedules, source selection, volume and broadcasts, including announcements and prayer-time settings. Follow applicable rules for the location and respect other people’s rights. Bluetooth discovery or compatibility filtering is not proof of authorization.
Your content and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, generate and broadcast submitted text, recordings and announcements. Do not submit or broadcast unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material. Processing and delivery of your content are necessary to provide requested features; these terms do not grant unrelated rights to train AI on your content or transfer ownership of it.
AI announcements
Optional text-to-speech uses ElevenLabs through the company gateway. Generated speech may contain errors in pronunciation, language, meaning or timing. Review the resulting audio and its suitability before broadcasting. Do not rely on generated announcements without checking them, particularly where inaccurate instructions could affect others.
Trial attempts and usage
The current service grants five lifetime trial attempts once per eligible speaker. The server manages the device-linked balance, reservations and generation history. Reinstalling the app or clearing local data does not create a new allowance. Do not bypass device identification or manipulate usage records.
Availability and changes
Bluetooth, device power, storage capacity, network access and external service availability can affect operation. Interruptions and changes may occur. Keep independent copies of content you need and verify scheduled broadcasts on your equipment. Removing server content does not automatically remove copies already downloaded to a speaker or SD card.
Intellectual property
Qaissar branding, software and website materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. Use the service and supplied materials only with the permissions applicable to them. Your rights in your original content remain yours, subject to any rights held by others.
Respecting service limits
Do not use the service to control devices without authorization, distribute unlawful content or evade trial-credit limits. Server-managed enrollment and usage records prevent repeated grants to the same speaker.
Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for reviewing content and operating equipment appropriately. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Do not send passwords or device credentials. Removing content from company servers does not automatically remove copies on speakers or SD cards.
