Scope

This policy covers qaissar.com, the Quick Play mobile application, compatible Qaissar audio devices and associated device services. Qaissar operates Quick Play and the associated Qaissar device services. Qaissar is also identified on this website as a Masar Technology brand.

02 /

Speaker registration and service records

Quick Play controls compatible external audio devices using Bluetooth Low Energy, including source selection, playlists, schedules, announcements and prayer-time settings. Automatic enrollment sends the connected speaker’s Wi-Fi MAC address and device name to the company server. This is the speaker’s identifier, not the phone’s Wi-Fi MAC address. No manual activation code is required. The server returns a scoped device credential and stable device ID. Device-linked balances, reservations and generation history are managed on the server. Persistent enrollment records support recognition and prevent repeated grants of the five lifetime trial attempts per eligible speaker; reinstalling or clearing app data does not renew that allowance.

03 /

Text, voices and audio

Optional AI text-to-speech sends your submitted text and selected voice to the company gateway, which uses ElevenLabs to produce audio. Provider credentials remain on the server. The service stores generated audio for download by compatible speakers to their SD cards. Separate audio-upload flows also send files to company servers. Submit only content you have permission to use, and avoid including unnecessary personal information.

04 /

Permissions and local storage

Bluetooth and nearby-device access allow discovery and device control. Some operating-system versions may require location permission for Bluetooth discovery; requesting that permission does not itself establish that geographic location is collected or transmitted. Discovery and compatibility filtering do not guarantee authentication. Settings and saved-device information remain locally in the app; authentication credentials use platform secure storage. This does not mean that all local files or speaker SD cards are encrypted.

05 /

Website forms and external services

The distributor form asks for your name, email, phone number, company, country, business type and message. Information entered in this form stays in the current page and is not submitted to our team. To make a distributor enquiry, use the email link on the distributor page. That link opens your email application; your email provider handles the message you choose to send. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to retrieve them. The public website does not include analytics or advertising scripts. Quick Play’s Messages & Ads feature lets you create audio announcements.

06 /

Service providers and processing

When you request AI speech, the company gateway sends your submitted text and selected voice to ElevenLabs to generate the audio. Generated or uploaded audio may be stored on company servers and downloaded to your speaker. Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts through requests from your browser.

07 /

Server records and device copies

Submitted text and generated or uploaded audio are separate from generation history, credit reservations, usage records and speaker enrollment records. Server-managed enrollment and usage records recognize speakers and prevent repeated trial-credit grants. Deleting server content does not automatically erase copies already downloaded to a speaker, SD card or another device. Manage those copies separately on the relevant device.

08 /

Your choices

You can manage Bluetooth and other permissions through your phone settings and choose whether to use optional AI generation. Removing permissions may limit device functions. Avoid submitting personal information that is unnecessary for your announcement. Check the content stored on your speaker or SD card as well as the content available through online services.

09 /

Security and updates

Authentication credentials use platform secure storage. Device credentials limit access to the associated device services. These safeguards do not mean that every local file or speaker SD card is encrypted. No service can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this policy are reflected in its revision date.

Contact Qaissar

For Quick Play support or to request access, correction or deletion of your information, email QaissarAudio@gmail.com. Describe your request and the speaker or content concerned. Do not send passwords or device credentials. Removing content from company servers does not automatically remove copies on speakers or SD cards.
